Healing Below the Belt
During nearly two decades in healthcare, I have worked with many, many people challenged by pain and tension in the abdomen, heaviness deep in the bottom, sluggish bowels, uncomfortable scars, painful tailbones, and pain with sex.
Some people struggle with several conditions at once. They confided that they had no idea where to turn, thinking there was no help for them. Many people who did have the courage to seek help for their problem were told they would have to “learn to live with it.” I do not agree.
